We're fast approaching the IncuBus Future of Work Passing Out Parade and are delighted to have Dr Dave Richards as our keynote speaker. He will be looking how to adapt to the future of work and stay ahead of the game.
Dave’s background includes launching his own startups (including a major dot.bomb), launching new product lines, business turnarounds and exits. Along the way, he co-founded and co-directed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Innovation Lab, a think-tank consortium for developing best practices for leading innovation.
As a globally responsible senior executive with Nortel Networks and Oracle, he championed and managed about $2 Billion of R&D investments leading to global industry leadership during the boom of internet growth.
He also pioneered value psychology, user-driven design, and customer loyalty research; engaging a global network of partners as champion of a global philanthropic collaborative education initiative; and formulating and executing strategies to break into and grow various global markets, including stealing a $1 Billion per annum customer from a fat, dumb and happy competitor!
He will be drawing on his vast past experience to share his thoughts on how the future of work will affect us all, on the day to day.
